I've decided to finally start closing the Wiki on this site.

The mediawiki software seems to be open to many different kinds of attack, and I'm afraid I don't have the time, energy or expertise to guard agains them all. So, I'm moving the content to book pages in this drupal powered main site.  You'll notice (if you ever come here!) that there will be lots of new content here over the next couple of weeks. 

Where possible I'll try to retain the authorship of the original wiki posting, but if I post something as me, that was in fact written by you, let me know and I'll change it.
